J Brewer Moore, 308 Bobby Jones Drive, spoke on partnership between Olive <br /> Branch Coalition and the City of Portsmouth <br /> <br />2. Linwood E. Powell. 2672 Barclay Avenue, spoke on concerns in his neighborhood. <br /> <br />Dr. Amarjit Singh, 4401 Ashland Drive, Chesapeake, requested a copy of the video <br />tape for Tuesday, February 11, 2003, City Council meeting. Also, spoke on the <br />wolations of the city code and the 1s~ Amendment. <br /> <br />4.
