<br />Berm III, William E. Moody, Jr., Charles B, Whitehurst, Sr., Madene W. Randall, City Manager
<br />C. W. McCoy.

<br /> Councilman Charles B. Whitehurst, Sr. opened the meeting with prayer, which was
<br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />
<br />03 - 15 - The following call for the meeting was read;
<br />
<br /> "Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held at I. C. Norcom High
<br />School, 1801 London Boulevard, 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 21, 2003 for the purpose of a
<br />Community Meeting.
<br />
<br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into a Closed Meeting.

<br /> courts.
<br />
<br />6. Rita Cavalied, 1519 Spratley Street, spoke on the status of code enforcement on parking in
<br /> front yards.

<br />7. J. Brewer Moore, 308 Bobby Jones Drive, spoke on code enforcement 40 years ago.
