Jno. C. Tyler hms offered his resignation as m member of the Co~mmon Council, <br /> "Resolved, ?n~t we accept the resigr%tion with great regret--recognizing that in <br /> <br />this body is losing'one of its most faithful, energetic mnd cmpable members. <br /> ~Resolved, ~n~t a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. Tyler." <br /> The following resolution offered by ~{r.
