Progress ss to same. An apD~oprimtion of $~85 to meet a yearly requisition of the Board of ~uarantine Co~%issioners. It is recommended thst the appropriation be allowed. To report an ~ppropriation to build ~ house for the ~ns of Grimes Battery. It is recommended that ~2,000 be allowed for the purpose. A petition of L. E. Smoot to have a ~100 Redemption Bond issued January l, 1900, and unsigned by the President of the City Council ~t that time, signed by said President.
