<br /> some $780 due the City by the owners of what is known ~s Bogmrt's Row on Orawford street, for fill-
<br />ing the cellars of this row of buildings.
<br /> aThe City Collector informs me he hss been advised by the City Attorney that the sum ean only
<br />be eol!eeted by a suit at law, and would~ therefore, ask that you instruct the 0ityAtto~ney to bring.
<br />the suit against the owners of the buildings forthe recovery of the sum due the City.~
<br /> "I enclose statement of disbursement of the $125 allowed for eatehing dogs, and of the $100
