<br /> It is recommended that the deposit of City funds be left to the discretion of the

<br />tee and that it be authorized to have said funds deposited in such ba~s ~s the best interest of
<br />the 0itym~y demand.

<br /> A bill of S. S. Armstrong, Jr., for $271.~ for extra services in removing night soil from the
<br />~ifth W~rd during the months of August, September, October, November, December, 1907, and during
<br />the months of January, February, ~reh. 1908; and that he be ~id further $127 per month for each
<br />month of such service hereafter ~atil the expiration of his contract with the 0ity for removal of
<br />night soil. But in the event the sewerage system of the 0ity is ex~ended to the ~fth Ward before
<br />the expiration of his contract, then this payment of $127 per month s~all be scaled in proportion
<br />to the number of houses in the ward connected with the said sewerage system.
