Hutchins, 16. <br /> The Chair stated the object of thi~ meeting to be to consider the matters embraced in the "call" <br />for the joint session of this date, requiring action thereon by this body, and recommend~tions made <br />by the Joint Finance Committee to-the Board of Aldermen January 20th for purchase of a Decarie In- <br />cinerator and to accept a Bid of W. S. Huybert for removal of garbage. <br /> <br /> The only matter adopted in the joint session which requi.re~ the concurrence of this body, was <br />for an appropriation of $2,200 to pave Eing street, between Court and Middle; and this was concurred <br />in by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes~-Hall, John Howard, Watts, Dashiell, Hanvey, Corbitt, Welton, Hall, J.
