<br />by the Joint Finance Committee to-the Board of Aldermen January 20th for purchase of a Decarie In-
<br />cinerator and to accept a Bid of W. S. Huybert for removal of garbage.

<br /> The only matter adopted in the joint session which requi.re~ the concurrence of this body, was
<br />for an appropriation of $2,200 to pave Eing street, between Court and Middle; and this was concurred
<br />in by the following vote:
