<br /> Nr. Bt!risen objected to the payment of a jury bdll for $81,50, as he was of opinion that the
<br />City is not required to pay jury bills in civil cases, and he mo~ed that the-question be ~eferred
<br />
<br />to the City Attorney for his opinion thereon.

<br /> The bonds of J. ~, Booth & Bro. and of I. O. Brinkley are not %~proper shape, and it is
<br />recommended that the City Attorney be instructed to draft suitable bonds for ~nem. The bond of
<br />Lewis L~wso~ seems to be dream properly, ~ut it should have the endorsement of-the ~ity Attorney;
<br />and it is recommended that the bond be referred to him for endorsement~
