Hutehins, 15. <br /> The minutes of a Joint session of the ~wo branches and called meetin~ of the 0canon Council <br />Februa~ry i8th, and regular meeting of the body Na~ah 9th, were read and ~pPrOved. <br /> <br /> On motion, the rules were suspended to receive a report from the Light and Street con, trees <br />jointly, and to entertain bids for a franchise and contract to ligh~ the 0ity in accordance with <br /> <br />'advertisement therefor. <br /> <br /> Whereupon, the following report was <br />adopted: <br /> <br /> Hon.
