The condition of west end of Randolph street, tt is recommended~ that the we~t end of Randolph street be guttered and curbed and a side walk'laid ~hereon~ st a-east of $534.00~ To map out a Judicious plam for paving. An appropriation to replace street crossings-in the Fifth Ward, ~de necessary to remove on account of laying sewerage pipes there. The ~0mmittee further recommends that a contract be made with Huybert & D~&m for the removal of street sweepings for one year; that a sufficient bond be required of them for the work; and that a penalty be imposed on them for failure to execute their contract-promptly.
