<br />visit the Oity~ at the expense of the 0ity.

<br /> It is recommended that the T~easurer be muthorized to borrow said amount and that the
<br />following resolution be~dopted therefor:

<br />authorized to borrow from The Bank of Portsmouth~ The Merchants and Farmers Bank, The ~irst Na-
