<br /> The Joint Auditing 0ommittee reported having eEamined bills against %he 0ity for December, 1909,
<br />and they reaommended the same for payment to amount of $8,595.02 for the 0ity proper.

<br /> Seventh ~ard bills to amount of $1,81~.85, properly approved and audited, were presented, but
<br />~y request,were held up for further consideration -
<br /> The 0lark, by request, presented Sixth ~ard bills to amount of $1,0.~_,54~ properly approved, but
<br />not passed on by the Auditing 0ommittee; and the 0hair ruled ths.t said bills could not be considered
<br />by the 0ouncil until they had been audited.
