Helen Person, 810 Court Street, Apt. A, expressed appreciation to Council anC <br /> spoke on the staff committee for Fairwood Homes residents. <br /> <br />2. Mary Phillips, 67 Alton Parkway, spoke on street lights and banners in the Cradock <br /> community. <br /> <br />3. Sandra Johnson, 4507 Griffin Street, thanked the City Manager for removing <br /> barricades to water access and also, spoke on the Midtown motel. <br /> <br />4. Ronald Reed, 5911 Bertrand Street, spoke on code enforcement in the Churchland <br /> area. <br /> <br />5.
