<br /> N_r. Emi1 moved that a committee be appointed to draft suitable resolutions in regard to the
<br />'deceased ~ity ~oliector, ~. A. Hutchins. The mo~ionw~s adopted; and the 0hair appointed the fol-

<br /> On motion of~r. Montagua. it was determined that the members meet a~ t~e Gouncil 0hamber on
<br /> Tuesday, at 2-30 P. ~. and from thence go in a body to attend the funeral of R. A. Hutchins.

<br /> On motion of Y~r. B~llentine, the joint session adjourned to meet Thursday, November 10th, for
<br />the election of a ~ity Oollector and a Board of Police Oommissioners.
