Then the r.eport as comm*tted and a- <br />mended was a~opted. <br /> <br />On motion, the body ad~ourne~ to meet again Thursday, December 15th. <br /> <br />December 15, 1910. <br /> <br /> An adjourned regular meeting of the Oommon Oo~3ncil was set for December 15th. but as ne quorum <br />appeared within a half hour a~er 8 ~'olock. the meeting was further adjourned until Friday, Decem- <br />ber 27th. <br /> <br />The following named members were present for the meeting: <br />Messrs.
