Hall, the follo~ng ~tters were referred to the special Committee on Rules: To require the several departments to send their bills to the Clark by 12 o'clock noon be- fore pay day; and if said bills are not so sent they shall be carried ever to the next pay day. To have the street hands paid off each Friday at 12 o~oloc~ noon--their pay to include the ~ednesday previous~ The several departments to furnish the Finance Committee~wlth a list of supplies needed by ths same for the year, so that such supplies can be purchase~ ih quantities.
