ReP February l~ 1911. Lights-- An app~lication of the Seventh Wmrd Local Board for a light at the corner of Clifford and Chestn~t,'and mt the corner of Sixth and Jefferson streets. To'authorize the Sixth Ward Local Board to put A more lights en County street. Auditing-- 'Sundry bills, contracted by the Board of Hoe&th, which the~said Committee h~s de- clined to audit; for reconsideration and report. City Attorney-- To notify the Norfolk & Portsmouth Traction Company to care of its part of expense for improvements on County street~ arrange for taking A bill of the City Attorney for self and Attorney, F. L. Crocker, to amount of $20 for ex- penses before the Supreme Court of Appeals, in the interest of the City, was allowed. The resignation of George C. Miller as a me~oer of the Seventh Wmrd Local Board wms received and was referred to a Joint Session of the two branches. Oath of office of policeman, E. B. Crafford, was presented and wms ordered ~o file. Applications of ~. J. Quinn, C. Go Snell and N. A. Moore for the position of Street ~nspec~or were referred to a ~oint Session of the two branches. On motion, ~areh 1, 1911. it was ordered that the adopted ordinance of this d~te should t~ke effect from- On motion, adjourned.
