<br />Mr. Brz._son stated that he had called five meetings of the Committee on Rules without being
<br />to obtain a quommum of the same, and he offered his resiguation as Chai~ of the Cow~ttee.

<br /> The Chairman of the 0emetery Committee asked for authority to advertise for bids to whitewash

<br /> Er~ Brinson asked ~oout changes that the Btreet Committee had made in the program for paving
<br />streets; and stated that the Co~w,~ttee had no authority to m~e such ch~uges,

<br />make the changes.
<br /> On motion, it was ordered that this matter lie on the t~ole until the next meeting of the body,
