Falcome SE0, the said amount being for a fine imposed for selling second-haled <br />shoes, Which said fine the Court has held to be illegal. <br /> It is recommended that said amount of SE0 and $I for costs {total, SSl) be refunded <br />co~e. <br /> A petition of the Chief of Police for a leave of absence fo~ ~0 days, with pay. <br /> It is recommended that the leave of absence be granted, provided the same is to be without <br />expense to the City. <br /> <br />A petition of policeman, ~. E.
