<br /> On motion, it was decided that where there was but one set of nominees f=r each of the classes
<br />of offices to be _~ed a vote zhhuld be tmken on =ucn set of nominees as a whole.

<br /> Eoreover, as it was stated that there were vacancies on the School Board from the First ~ud Six~
<br />Wards, caused by resignation therefrom of T. J. Wool and H. C. Duerr, respectively, it was concluded
<br />to fill said vacancies also.

<br /> Whereupon. W, H. ~a!d was ~ominated to fill the vacancy on the Board of Police Commissioners,
<br />and there being no other nominations he was elected by the following vote:
