<br />we report that, in onr opinion, no ordinance is necessary therefor,

<br /> TO prohibit the breaking up,of trash and garbage receptacles placed on the streets for garbage
<br />carts.
<br /> This proposition is covered by law and the general ordinances, and no additional ordinance
<br />is necessary therefor.
