Sivils to be paid $1.000. because of injuries received by him on Elm Avenne. <br />in the Seventh Ward. which petition was presented to the Oounoil July 18th and by it referred to the <br />Seventh ward Local Board. was returned by said Board to the C~uncll. with recommendation that the <br />olaim ~e not p~id. <br /> On motien, the claim was referred ~othe City Attorney. <br /> <br /> A-oommunicationwas read from the Seventh Ward Local Board concerning the numbering of houses in <br />said ~ard. and was ordered ~o file. <br /> <br /> A oommumication from R. S.
