Board of Aldermen. <br /> <br />Gentlemen:--Your Finance 0ommittee respectfully reports here- <br /> <br />· n concerning the following matters referred to ~the Joint Finance Committee August 12th~lT, July l~th~- <br />and Nay ll%h, 1909: Referred by 0ommon 0ouneil August 12th. <br /> <br /> Appropriations: <br /> $60 for employment of a le~ding m~n at the incinerator, $50 for an assistant <br /> there, ~nd $10 for the engineer of the Sewer Power House to overlook the inoinerator. <br /> It is recommended that one man be employed at the incinerator at $60 per month: we do not <br />believe that it is necessary to employ more men there regularly. <br /> <br />$.50 per day incremse for street pavers, each. Progress as to same. <br /> <br /> ~200 per ann~ for rent of a room for use of the Sanitary Inspector. <br /> It is recommended that $50 be ~llowed at present for rent of a room for the Sanitaryln- <br />speetor and that the Joint P~blic Property Committee De requested to consider the advisability of <br />obtaining Townsend's shop at the east end of South street ms a permmnent room for said Inspector. <br /> <br /> $2,S00 for the purchase of the Union Hose 0omoa~v~s engine house in <br /> <br /> <br />
