Gentlemen:--Yo~r Conference Committee $o whom was referred October 19, 1909 the question of Wemployment of men at 'the incinerator.' would respectfully recommend that Paul E. ~hitehurst. chief engineer of the Sewer Power House, and now engaged, in addi- tion to his other work, in superintending said incinerator, be paid $!0. per month for such supervis- ion and that his pay for the same begin January l, 1910.
