<br />mouth & Norfolk 0orpo~ation to make a contract with the 0it~ for such lighting we have had several
<br />eonferenees-With representatives of the N~orfolk & Portsmouth ~rastion ~ompsmywith the view of son-

<br />traoting with it for the lighting, believe we have reseived a satisfact0ry proposition for same from
<br />
<br />the said Oomp~ny, and recommend the adoption of this pro~osmtion as set forth in the following con-
