To pay a bill 'of the Oity Attorney for $17.5© and one of the ~yor for $7.50. the said bills being for expenses to Richmond in the interest of the 0ity. Concurred in. To request the Board of HarbOr~ommissioners tO'make some regulations in regard to the tow- ing of long rafts in the harbor and as to the power of tugs making such towing. Concurred in. To authorize the Joint ~ewerage Committee to make sewerage connections with water mains in the ~if~h Yard. Ooncurred in. To instruct the Joint Ordinmmee Oommittee to prepare an ordinance for the October meetings of the Oouncil,.authorizing a vote by the people for issue of $600,000. of bonds, the proceeds from sale of same to be applied by the "Board of Water 0ommissieners" for th~ establishment of a system gl.water works in She 0ity. ~.
