January 17, 1911. The motion was adopted. The recommended appropriation of $400. to build two rooms in the City Hall was referred ~to the Joint Flnmnee Committee; while the awards to S. B. Hut~hins, Jr. to do the work at the h~us~c6f the Annex Fire 0ompany, To the E. T. Barnum Iron Works to smpply the Jail with five eells,an~ to Mu~ter _& Miltier to Put the cells in position, were adopted by the foll~ving vote, ~he vote being the same for each: Ayes--Moore, Laughorne, Walker, Bmlleatine, Adams, Privett, Montague~ Jones, 2.
