A. Plummet fo_ zmprovements to condition of street at the corner of North and <br />E ffi ngham street. Progress. <br /> <br /> Bill of ~ai~wr~ght & Son to amo~mt of $120,06 for supplying the City with shells. Progress° <br /> <br /> To consider 6utting out some dead ends of streets for paving, and to substitute an improvement <br />to Cravrford street in the First ~ard. Progress. <br /> <br />To consider the paving of Chestnut street. Progress, <br /> <br /> To turn over to the Seventh ~¥ard the old stone ov~ed by the ~'*~ <br /> ~y~t north end of Washington St;~ <br /> it is recommended that t~is petition be not granted, as the stones wi!! be needed for the <br />City proper. <br /> <br />To make dosh~m Denby a leading man of the street force, at a pay of $40. per month. Progress. <br /> <br /> It is further recommended ~ ~ <br /> ~ha~ an appropriation of $!00 be ~de to remove dead or bad trees from <br />the streets° <br /> <br /> Uith regard to application of Daughters of ~he American Revolution, made some months since, to <br />be allowed to put a fo~tain for horses at the northwest corner of Orawford and High streets, we re- <br />port that, in our opinion, a fountain at such a locality is undesirable, and we recommend, therefore. <br />that ~he application be not granted. <br /> (Signed).
