<br /> We have examined this bond and recommend that it be accepted.

<br /> A re~uest of the Nise Cigar News Company and others to have refunded them the amount paid for
<br />license tax on slot machines.
<br /> It is recommended that the petitioners be allowed a rebate of five-sixths of the amount
<br />paid the City as a $icense tax on each slot machine.

<br />be~ 19, 1911; and to amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00), due December BO, 1911; said a-
