The motion was adopted, and on motion, the communication was ordered to file. <br /> Mr. Williams presented two bills of Portsmouth Insurance Agency for ~nsurance on Office Build- <br />ings and Park View Engine House, to amount of $t~0.00 and $~0.00, respectzvely, and he asked for <br />special appropriations to pay for same. <br /> On motion, the bills were referred To the Finance Committee. <br /> Mr. Williams moved to refer to Stree~ Comm~ittee the advisability of repairing streets in Park <br />View torn up by tree roots. The motion was adopted. <br /> By the same, to appoint a Special Co~mmittee of Three to confer with the Portsmouth Gas Company <br />in an effort to obtain cheaper gas for illumination and heating purposes.
