<br /> The Joint Finance Committee presented the following report in connection therewithr
<br />
<br /> Hen. Common Council--Board of Aldermen.
<br /> Gentlemen:-- Your Joint Finance Committee have consider-
<br />ed the License Tax Bill for 191S-191A, do not ~think it desirable to make any changes from the Tax
<br />Biil of 191~-19i~, and recommend that no changes be made therefo=.
<br />

<br /> The report having been read, Mr. Markham raised th~ point of orde~that~ in accordance with a
<br /> the last Limense Tax Bill was taken up, the Finance Csmmit~ee should have had the
<br /> year Printed and distributed among members of the Council.
<br /> The Chairman of the Committee =eplied that, aa there had been no changes recommended fromm, laSt
<br /> year's Bill, the Bill for 1~1~-14 is already in print.
<br /> Then on motion, the report of the Committee was adopted.
<br />
<br /> There being no objection thereto, Nm. Johnson moved that the Commissioner of Revenue be instruot~
<br /> ed to lOUt the renters of stalls in the Central Market, At the corner of High and Chestnut streets, on
<br />'the same footing as regards payment of taxes as obtain in the Seaboard Market.
