<br /> It is recommended that the City Attorney be instructed to appeal the case to the Supreme
<br />Court of Appeals of Virginia~
<br />
<br /> A bill of Mrs. Agnes Dunn for $75.00,
<br />Fire Company's House.
<br /> It is recommended that said bill
