<br /> "WHEREAS, the Council of ~he City of Portsmouth,~Va., deems it e~pedi~nt for the
<br />said City of Portsmouth, Va., to ac~um~e, ~or public purposes, the following real estate,~to-
<br />wit:
<br /> . That certain tract~ piece or~pa~vce! of land, with its apl01~rtenances and all other rights
<br />appertaining thereto, si~ua~$, .lying and being in Deep Creek Magisterial District, Norfolk co-~-
<br />~y, Virgimia, and bounded and described as follows:

<br /> the sam~ being the in~e~section of the northern bound-
<br /> ary of the right of waT of the Lake Dru~m~ond Canal and
<br /> Water Company's feeder, or the prolo~gatio~ thereof in
