<br />$180.00 for the year 19lB, a~d suggested that the $34.00 be oaid now, aDd'the $t80,00 for 19lB
<br />be ~aid in advance, agreeing that if said bills were oaid in advance the City would be allowed
<br />a d~scount of 6~ on same,
<br /> It is recommended that the proposition of Mr. Whittaker be adooted.

<br /> It is further recommended that Dr. Wm. G. Black be oaid $B5.00 nor month for his ser-
<br />vices as City-veterinarian, and that he be Dlac~d on the Day roll of the City~ from Jany. 1~1913.
