<br /> "Following this meeting there will be a Joint session of the two branches to consider:
<br /> "First. A recommendation of the Joint Finance Committee for awa~rd of sale of
<br />of City of Portsmouth bonds.
<br /> "Second. Recommended appropriations of the Finance Committee for delegates to Conventions
<br />at Alexandria, Va., and Buffalo, N. Y., respectively.
