<br />coupons; and that $1,968. $5 be advanced to the Sixth and Seventh Wards each for taking care of
<br />their coupons, said amounts to be repaid to the City by the said Wards with interest.~

<br />say and Johson.vs. City of Portsmouth, respectively.
<br /> It is recommended that the bill for $Z9.$5 be allowed; but we report that
<br />bill for $Z5.30 bas been paid.
