<br />make notes in The Merchants' & Farmers' Bank, ~he Bank of Portsmouth, the Bank of Tidewater, and

<br /> There being no objection thereto, ~lv. Bu~gess stated th?t he understood the "Mayor's An-
<br />nual Message for 1915"~ had been referred to the Finance Committee of the fo~mer Council for
<br />publication and, as the Committee had ceased to be on September 1st without having concluded
<br />the matter, he would move, if there were no objection thereto, that the ma~ter of publication
<br />of said "Message, be referred to the Finance Committee.

<br />There was no objection,

<br />he so moved,' and his motion was adopted.
