<br /> The Auditor reported having examined bills against the City for the month of

<br />May, 1915, and recommended payment of the same to the following amounts: $5,~36.90 for the City
<br />Prope~;-$S55.8S for the Sixth Ward; and $~69.6$ for the Seventh Ward.
<br />

<br />Ward Board that the Sixth Ward be credited with $4~8.~0 and $32.50, now credited to the City
<br />Proper.

<br /> An appropriation of $?50. to run a pips li~e across Harrison street to empty on the east
<br />side of Washington.
<br /> We report that such an appropriation wil~ be considered for the Budget for 1916.
<br />
<br /> An appropriation not to exceed $1800. to repair and enlarge Grimes Battery G~n Room.
<br /> It is recommended that further action on same be deferred until the Committee is fur-
<br />nished with further information concerning needs at the Gun Room, &c.

<br /> We report that we have examined these reports and it is recommended that they be filed.

<br /> A report of the Auditor of Fire bills to amount of $$9.46 for 1914, which have not been
<br />paid but have been checked and found correct.
<br /> It is recommended that a special appropriation to said amount be allowed to pay the
<br />bills.

<br />A report of the Auditor of cancelled coupons to amottnt of $~1,648.75 for the year 1914.
<br /> We report that these coupons have been examined and that they will be destroyed.
<br />
<br />A request of the City Treasurer to borrow $10,000. to meet School ~Exp.ens~s for June, 1915.
<br /> It is recommended that said amotuut be allowed, out of appropriatzon to ~he School fund.
<br />
<br /> A petition of Mrs. Alice A. Alexander to ~be "remitted" payment of taxes on No. 806 Craw-.
<br />ford street for years 1907-1906.
<br /> It is recommended that that part of taxes due on the building for 1907-190~ be struck
<br />off and that the Audito~ ~d City Collector be so instructed.

<br /> A petition of the American Sure~y Co. to be relieved from liability under the bond of T.
<br />Hume, late City Auditor.
<br /> It is recommended that said Company be relieved from zuch liability.
