Jan%ary SS, 1914. Ward funds. /% special appropriation of $551.84 to pay sundry bills of t~he PUblic Property Department contracted during igtZ and 191~. To pay bills of Frank Dunkum against the Sixth Ward to amounts of $10.4..00 and $108.00, epectivety, for removal of Trash & Garbage from said Ward, out of Sixth Ward fUnds. To make available $5,000.00 allowed in the Budget-of 191S for King's Daughters Hospital. Auditor instructed to pay off Oity laboring force in January, 1914, for work done in Decem- ber, 191~. To set aside in the Armistead B-~ilding two rooms for a public library, under supervision of · ~e Ladies Library Association. Auditor inst~cted to pay all properly approved bills of the several City Departments be- coming due in 1914. Street Committee directed to ascerta~in and report to .the Councils at their next meetings who are the owners of each piece of real estate needed .to extend Dinwiddie street, from Wythe to Harrison, and for what price each piece or any portion thereof may be purchased. Third. Reports of Officers and other unfinished business. The regular reports of Officers for the month of December, 1915 were presented and were oz~dered ~o take the usual course~ NEW BUSINESS. The resignation of W. Clarke l/core as a member of the body from the First Ward was read and was accepted. A bill of F. ~J. A bill was read against the Virginia Railway & P~er ~. to amour of $47~.09, for work done by F. J. McGuire at intersections at Sixth avenue, P~arl street ~d Armstrong street. On motion, the bill was refe~ed to S~=eet O~ittee. A~bill of B. F.
