<br /> The minutes of adjourned regular meeting June l?th were read and were approved.
<br /> Then ~. Pile moved a suspension of the rules to go into-election to fill a vacancy on the
<br />bcd? caused by ~esignation of Mr. S. T. Montague iherefro~. The motion was adopted and Mr. Pile
<br />nomxnated J. Nj Wilson to fill said vacancy and there being no other nominations,.he was elected
<br />and by the following vote:
<br /> Ayes--Williams, Langhorne, Barlow, Ballentine, Adams, ~rivett,
<br /> Davis,-M~rry, Piie~ 9.
