<br /> We report that this appropriation will be considered for the Budget of 1918.

<br />Third, and to extend pipe line there, preparatory to paving the same.
<br /> We report that this appropriation will ~ considered for the Budget of 191~.

<br /> $~0.00, out of Seventh ~ard funds, to build a concrete culvert ~x~ feet across South
<br />street, near. Pearl.
<br /> It is recommended~that said appropriation be allowed out of Seventh Ward Bond Account.

<br />purchase the property on the Norfolk side of the river, known as "Newton's ~harf,~ for addit~on-
