CAeburne Browne, Henry Pize, 9. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the regular meeting September ~ist and of the Joint Session October <br />were read and were approved. <br /> <br /> At t~i~ point, Mr. Langhorne said he understood that.the Clerk had the resignation of W4 E. <br />Flournoy as a member of th~s body from the First ~ard~and he mov.ed that the rules be suspended <br />to eieot his successor. <br /> The rules were suspended. Then the resignation of Mr. Flournoy was read and was.accepted <br />with regret. <br /> ~ghereupon, Mr. Langhorne nominated Mr. J.
