Privett, S. ~Cieburne Brown~, 'Henry Pile, 9. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the regular meeting September Elst and of the Joint Session October 5th <br />were read and were approved. <br /> <br /> At t~ point, Mr. Langhorne said he understood that .the Clerk had the resignation of W. E. <br />Flourncy as a member of this body from the First Wardjand he mov.ed that the rules be suspended <br />to elect his successor. <br /> -The rules were suspended. Then ~he resignation of Mr. Flournoy was read and was-accepted <br />with regret. <br /> ~hereupon, Mr. Langhorne nominated M~. J.
