<br />me of unnecessary noises made by the trains of the S. A. L. R.R. in their operation on north
<br />Crawford street.
<br /> "The S. A. h. R~-R. ,Company has a representative here, upon authority of its President, to
<br />handle the whole situation. He desires that it be dens t~rc~ghthe duly constituted authori-
<br />ties. To meet the situation, I would suggest ~hetappointment of a special committee by your
<br />Honorable ~odies to ba~die the whole situation.

<br />Park View Bridge."

<br /> To inst~Act the City Collector to credit the Portsmouth, Berkley & Suffolk Water Co. for
<br />additional hydrant rental on account of taxes levied for the years 1915-14, as shown by his
<br />·ooks$ and to instruct the commissioner of the Revenue not to make assessment against said Com-
<br />pany for such taxes hereafter.
