Dodscn to be relieved from pa~ent of night soil tax to amount o~ <br />$3.60, year 1914, Sixth Ward. <br /> It is recommended that Mr. Dodson be refunded $1.60 paid in error for night soil tax <br />fc~ the y~ar 191S and credited with $3.60 for the year 1914; out of Sixth Ward funds. <br /> <br /> Referred by Common Council May 12th, 1914. <br /> A petition of A. J. Andrews to be r~funded $?.20 paid for erroneous assessment of night <br />soil tax in the Seventh ~ard. <br /> It is recommended that A. J. Andrews be refunded $3.60, the amount overpaid on two <br />toilets. <br /> We report further that we have examined the .contract and bond given by J. H. Belote, <br />successor to I. C. P~ogreee as to same:. <br /> <br />Referred by Boa~d of Aldermen June l?th. <br /> <br /> A communication from the MaTor as to the feaelbiliSy of the City Engineer preparing a map <br />of the City's natural drainage and defining the City's holdings in. the same; and also calling <br />attention to obstructed flow of water at the intersection of Nashington and Harrison streets, <br /> <br /> It is recommende~ that the City Engineer be instruct?d to prepare such map, after <br />which theBoard of Harbor Commxssioners be requested to estabimsh the drainage lines for the <br />City in accordance with said map. <br /> <br /> Attention called to condition of gasoline tamping engine owned by the City.
