See, 9. <br /> <br />The minutes of the regular meeting September i~th were read and were approved. <br /> <br />At this point, it was noted that a delegation of colored citizens was present in the in- <br />terest of an appropriation for the establishment cf a night School for colored youths. <br /> Whereupon, on motion of N~.
