N~rkham questioned the right of <br />Er. Privett to ~vote~ ss he said ~. Privett was no longer $ resident of the Third Ward and had <br />moved into the County. However, the Chair ruled that Er. Privet~ h~d ~ right to vote. <br /> Er. P~ivett w~s allowed to vote, with the understanding that the legality o£ his vote <br />would be pmssed on by the City Attorney, when the following vote wes recorded: <br /> <br />Ayes--Davis, Langhorne, Hudgins, Bmrlow, Adams, Privett, Wilson, Bromine, 8. <br /> <br />Nays--~arr, E~rkha~, 2. <br /> <br /> On motion~ the City Attorney w~s instructed to give his opinion ms to whether Er.
