See, 9. <br /> <br />The minutes of the regular meeting December l~th ~d Joint Session December yth were <br /> <br />and were approved. <br /> REPORTS OF CO~/ITTEES. <br /> Auditing-- <br /> The Auditor reported having examined bills against the City for the month of <br /> <br />December, 1915, aud recommended the payment of the same to the following amounts: $5,159.32 <br /> <br />for the City Proper; $1,163 for the Sixth Wa~d; $~57.~ for the Sixth Wa~d Bond Account; $2~0.~3 <br /> <br />for the Seventh Ward; and $55.16 for the Seventh Ward Bond Account. <br /> <br /> On motion, the bills were allowed s~ud by the following vote: <br /> Ayes-~Herbert, <br /> Branch, Burgess, ~nite, Hsmvey~ Eoo~re (J6s.
