<br />by s~id Court of Robert B, Albertson as Commonwealth Attorney to fill the unexpired term of
<br />Charles T. Bland, deceased~ and same wms ordered to file.

<br /> A card of thanks was received from the family of the late Charles T. Bland, Commonwealth
<br />Attorney, for the floral offering sent to Mr, Bland's funer~l~ and said o~d was ordered to

<br /> A report of the Board of N~rbor Commissioners for the Year 1915 was presented and was
<br />dered to file.

<br /> A request was read from the Board of Hemlth that necessmry funds be provided for the e-
<br />rection of m suitmble house to be used ss a detention ~tation for contagious diseases.
<br /> Whereupon, Mr. Wright (Earl H.) moved that the rules be suspended to hear from the
<br />Health Officer and the Ssmitary Inspector with regard to same~ The motion was adopted.
<br /> The Health Officer spoke, urging the necessity ~or such a station.
<br /> Mr.-Eorgsm moved that the request be referred to the Public Property & Finance com-
<br />mittees Jointly. The motion was adopted.

<br /> Mr. Leavitt called attention to the necessity for providing m voting place for the Second
<br />Wa~d ~or the coming eleotio~
<br />Then Mr. Burgess moved to refer to Public Property & Schools Committee to s~leot~a s~i~-
<br />mble place for the same and to report at the next meetings o~ Council. The motion was adopted.

<br /> On motion of Er. Morgan, the opening of Hatton street, from London to High, was referred
<br />to the S~reet.:Committee and Sixth Ward Bomrd jointly.
