Herbert, the attehtion of the Street Committee .was called to condition of <br />one block on Jefferson street, between Sixth aad Seventh. <br /> <br /> Mr. Hutchins moved that the Street Committee be authorized and instructed to remove the <br />monument to Grimes Battery at the corner of Washington aad South streets to parking place on <br />Washington street. The motion was adopted. <br /> <br /> Er.
